Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

It covers photos you upload, videos the Service produces, text you send to us, and your use of accounts, credits and free previews.

2. One set of rules for every template

All templates follow the same rules. Templates differ in the scene and the number of photos, never in what is allowed.

• No real celebrities or other public figures, as uploads or as lookalikes.
• No real players, kits, club badges, logos or brands.
• No original songs or other copyrighted music. Add sound yourself, inside the app where you post.
• Every upload is screened before it can be used.
• Templates added later follow the same rules, and they do not need a separate approval.

3. Prohibited content

These six categories are not allowed in uploads or results:

• Sexual or NSFW material, including nudity and attempts to make the AI undress or sexualize a person.
• Violence and gore, including weapons aimed at people and graphic injury.
• Hate speech, meaning content that attacks or demeans people for who they are, and the use of videos to harass or bully anyone.
• Content involving minors, including any photo of someone under 18; such material is reported to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation, including real people who have not agreed, celebrities, athletes and other public figures, and videos made to mislead.
• Infringement, meaning photos, characters from films, cartoons or games, logos, club badges, kits or brands you have no right to use.

4. Rules for uploads

• Upload only photos of yourself, of adults who agreed, or of pets, toys and characters you own.
• Do not upload athletes, celebrities or famous characters, even if the trend videos do.
• Do not use scripts, bulk requests or several accounts to get around the free-preview limits.
• Do not probe, overload or try to bypass the safety checks.
• Do not resell videos as if they were real footage.

5. How we moderate

Users cannot type prompts, because every video uses a template we wrote. The consent box must be ticked before generation, the server validates each upload, and every uploaded photo is automatically screened by an AI model, so uploads are screened before they can be used. The AI provider filters unsafe or copyrighted output, and a refused video is not charged. People review reports and any decision a user disputes.

6. Reporting

Report violations through the Report page or by email to support@mimiczip.com. We aim to act within 48 hours, with minors and non-consensual content first.

7. Enforcement

• Warning for a first minor breach.
• Removal of the content and refusal of further requests.
• Suspension: the account can still log in and view its page, but uploads, previews and purchases are off.
• Permanent closure for serious or repeated breaches, with remaining credits cancelled.
• Report to the authorities for criminal content, such as child abuse material.

8. Appeals

If you believe we acted by mistake, write to support@mimiczip.com with “Appeal” in the subject within 14 days of our notice. A person reviews the case again, and we reply by email.

9. Models and affiliation

Videos come from the Seedance 2.0 Mini model via kie.ai. MimicZip is an independent product and is not affiliated with ByteDance, kie.ai, TikTok, Instagram or any person, team, club, brand, film or artist that a trend or template refers to.

10. Updates

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
