Refund Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Credits are sold as one-time packs and work on any template on the site. This page explains when you can get a refund and what happens when a video fails.

Failed videos

If a generation fails, times out or is refused by the model, the credits for it return to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

Full refund of an unused pack

You can ask for a full refund if both of these are true:

you bought the pack within the last 7 days, and
you have not used any credit from that pack.

Used credits

Credits that already produced a video are not refunded. If a result clearly failed because of a technical problem on our side, write to us and describe it; we may add compensation credits.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate in full.

How to ask

Email support@mimiczip.com with the email you used at checkout, the purchase date and a short description of the problem. Please do not send photos unless we ask for them. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds and disputes through our payment provider

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. If an order is refunded or disputed, the credits from that whole order are removed from your account. If you had already spent some of them, your balance can drop below zero until it is settled.
