What is the Money Flex trend?

Updated:

Short answer

Money Flex is an AI video trend from October 2026. From a phone propped low on a table, someone hugs a pile of cash bundles, shoves it at the lens, rips the band off one and fans the bills in front of their face. A CapCut template started it, and a “rich dog” version made it huge.

Where it came from

On 9 October 2026 @luna.cc.plantillas posted the 10-second CapCut template, a young man in a bedroom with a ceiling fan. On 11 October @sky_raiding opened a “Rich dog” compilation with a dog doing the same moves, at about 5.6 million views when we checked on 23 October 2026.

On 14 October @3telci posted a chandelier living-room version at about 1.8 million views, and its Arabic-language sound spread through hundreds of remakes. How-to videos followed from 16 October.

Why people copy it

  • Everyone wants a rich era: the flex is a joke anyone gets.
  • The moves are fixed: hug, shove, rip, fan.
  • Pets make it funnier: a dog fanning cash is hard to scroll past.
