Can I redo an Ozil goal video for free?
Updated:
Short answer
If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically, so it costs you nothing. A full video that finished properly is not redone for free: running it again costs 35 credits, even with the same photos. Test your photos with the free 5-second preview first.
What costs nothing
- Failed videos: the reserved credits return to your balance on their own.
- Previews: 1 free preview for each account, once for life, plus the bonus previews some packs add.
- Bonus previews: packs can add free previews (0 with the $4.90 pack, 0 with the $9.90 pack, 0 with the $19.90 pack) for testing new photos.
- Unused packs: ask for a refund in the first 7 days.
What costs credits
Every new full render uses 35 credits, even with the same photos, because it is a fresh AI run with a fresh result. Credits you spent are not refunded just because you like a result less. The refund policy has the exact rules.

No. Credits are held when the run starts and returned if it fails.
How can I avoid paying twice for a poor result?
Can I get my money back instead?
Only for a pack you have not used, within 7 days of buying it. Email support@mimiczip.com to ask.
