Tip Toe in My Jordans video: why did the face change, and how do I fix it?
Updated:
Short answer
Faces drift when the model cannot see the face well. Use a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo where the face fills about a third of the frame, take off sunglasses and filters, and watch the free 5-second preview again before you spend credits. Each new run also comes out slightly different.

Common causes
- A small face: in a full-body or group photo the face has too few pixels.
- Heavy filters or beauty apps: the model sees a face that differs from your real one.
- Side-on or dark photos: when only half a face shows, the model has to guess the other half.
- Sunglasses, hats and masks: these cover features the model relies on.
A quick fix routine
- Choose a new photo that matches the photo guide.
- Play the free preview and compare the face with your photo.
- Render the full video only after that, because each full render costs 40 credits.

Questions people ask
Does a changed face count as a failed video?
No. A failed video is one that never finished, and its credits come back on their own. A finished video with a different face is a normal result.
Will a better camera help?
Light and angle matter more than the camera. A phone photo lit by a window and facing the lens beats a dim, high-resolution shot.
Can I add more than one photo of the same person?
No. Each role takes exactly one photo, so pick the clearest.
