Tip Toe in My Jordans video: one person is missing, how do I fix it?
Updated:
Short answer
A person goes missing when one photo has no clear face, or when both people share one photo. The template needs two photos, each with one sharp face turned toward the camera. Replace the weak photo, then watch the free 5-second preview to check that both roles appear.

What usually goes wrong
- A group photo in one box: the model picks one face or blends several.
- A tiny face in a wide shot: the face is too small to count as a character.
- The Partner is out of frame: the Partner is on screen only briefly, so a weak photo can drop out.
Fix checklist
- Crop each photo down to one person, with the face in the upper half.
- Use a different, more front-facing photo for the missing role.
- Run the preview and check that both roles show up before you pay for the full video.
Questions people ask
Can I add a third person?
No. The template is built for two roles. If you want another pair, make a second video.
Is a missing person a failed video?
Only runs that never finish are refunded. A finished video with a missing person counts as a normal result, which is why the preview comes first.
Do pets count as people here?
A pet can take a role if its face is clear. The pets page has photo tips.
