Short answer
The shush happens from about the fifth second, and sometimes the model keeps the hand low or only half raises it. It happens more with pets and with photos where the hands are not visible. A chest-up photo and the free preview help you check before paying.
Why it happens
The model has to invent the gloved hand rising to the lips. A photo that shows shoulders and some of the arms gives it more to work with.
