A video that fails is refunded automatically, so you pay nothing for it. A full video that rendered correctly is not redone for free: a new run costs 1 credit, even with the same photo. Test photos with the free 5-second preview first.

What costs nothing

  • Failed generations: the reserved credits come back to your balance on their own.
  • Previews: 1 free preview per account, once for life, plus any bonus previews that come with a pack.
  • Bonus previews: bigger packs add free previews (3 with the $19.90 pack, 5 with the $29.90 pack) for testing new photos.
  • Unused packs: you can ask for a refund within 7 days.

What costs credits

Every new full render uses 1 credit, even with the same photo, because it is a new AI run with a new result. Spent credits are not refunded for a result you simply like less. The refund policy has the exact rules.
