Most of the time the sound starts late. In TikTok or Reels, keep the sound starting at 0 seconds and mute the video’s own audio. If it is still a little off, slide the sound by a fraction of a second. Different sounds have different beats, and every run is generated fresh, so small drift is normal.

Fix it in the editor

  • Use the 10-second full video, not the preview.
  • Start the sound at 0 seconds.
  • Mute the original audio of the clip.
  • Nudge the sound earlier or later by a few frames.
