Can I redo a Bama Bound video for free?
Updated:
Short answer
A video that fails is refunded automatically, so you pay nothing for it. A full video that rendered correctly is not redone for free, so run the free 5-second preview first to check your photos. Bigger packs include bonus previews for extra checks.
What is covered
- Failed generation: credits return automatically.
- Free preview: 1 per account, once for life.
- Bonus previews: included with bigger packs.
- Unused packs: refundable within 7 days, see the refund policy.
How to avoid a wasted run
Use sharp, front-facing photos, check which box holds which person and watch the preview before you render. The face guide covers the most common problems.
