Can I redo a Ramalama AI video for free?

Short answer
If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically, so it costs you nothing. A full video that finished properly is not redone for free: running it again costs 1 credit, even with the same photos. Test your photos with the free 5-second preview first.
What costs nothing
- Failed videos: the reserved credits return to your balance on their own.
- Previews: 1 free preview for each account, once for life, plus the bonus previews some packs add.
- Bonus previews: packs can add free previews (1 with the $9.90 pack, 3 with the $19.90 pack, 5 with the $29.90 pack) for testing new photos.
- Unused packs: ask for a refund in the first 7 days.
What costs credits
Every new full render uses 1 credit, even with the same photos, because it is a fresh AI run with a fresh result. Credits you spent are not refunded just because you like a result less. The refund policy has the exact rules.
