By MimicZip Team Ā· Updated:
Short answer
āBicep Heartā is the name of a selfie trend on TikTok, popular since late October 2026, in which one arm flexes and the other hand makes half a heart against the bicep. It is a trend name, not an official title. People also search it as Flex Heart.
What the name means
It says what you see: a bicep and a heart. The posts caption it āBicep Heartā, āBicep Heart Trendā or just #bicepheart, and AI versions add āAIā. The version here puts your own photo in place of the person in the original.
