What is the Birds of a Feather trend?

Where it came from

The post we follow is @battos13’s video of 27 October 2026 (879 views, 14 seconds), made with a CapCut template and labelled as AI by TikTok. The same account posted another on 29 October (289 views), and @neantiste posted a face-swap version on 27 October (about 2,300).

What happens in the clip

• 0–2s: The room opens wide: you in the chair float a little above the floor and turn slowly.
• 2–4s: A close shot from above: your head tipped back, your arms spread, your hair spreading out and your mouth moving to the song.
• 4–6s: A low close shot of your feet beside the chair legs, drifting and turning.
• 6–8s: A close shot of your face, your eyes open and looking straight at the camera.
• 8–10s: Your head tilts slowly from side to side, your hair swirling, and you end on a calm look at the lens.

Why people try it

It is calm and a little strange to watch: a chair that floats, a face close to the lens and hair that never lands. It is still small, so we cannot say how far it will go.
