How do I make a Fancy Cafe POV AI video?

Setting up the cafe and the seats

• Open the template page. Use one sharp photo per person, whole body or head to knees, facing the camera, or one photo for both. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
• Choose the cafe (a concrete-walled cafe by default), the clothes (plain black by default), the drink (black coffee by default) and the light (soft daylight by default). None changes the price.
• Pick 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube and desktop screens.
• Consent and sign-in. Tick the photo-consent box and log in with Google. Previews arrive inside a pack, so take one if you have no credits.
• Check the preview. It is watch-only, 5 seconds at 480p, with a PREVIEW badge. Look for both people staying themselves and for the first one sitting on a round table.
• Render: 1 credit gives the 12-second 720p MP4 with no watermark, saved in My videos. Add your sound in TikTok.

Who sits where

The first photo is the first-timer who sits on the round steel table; the second is the regular. The scene is one fixed shot: the first-timer sips on the table (0 to 2 seconds), the regular walks in (2 to 4), sits on the ledge and puts a cup on the other table (4 to 6), the first-timer freezes (6 to 8), moves to the ledge (8 to 10), and both end up side by side (10 to 12).

The hardest part for the AI is a person sitting on a small table and then standing up, so a small drift in a face or a pose is normal, not a failed render. Nothing spills, and no text appears in the cafe.
