Short answer

Only failures are refunded. If the Cardo Dinner render errors out, the credit returns on its own. If it finishes but the cheese stretched less than you hoped, another run costs 1 credit, even with the same photo. Use a 5-second bonus preview first.

Refunded automatically

  • A render that stops with an error.
  • A photo that the safety check turns away.

What if the hand in my Cardo Dinner AI video looks odd?

The hand should be a single adult hand with long nails reaching in from the left. AI sometimes adds a finger or a second arm; if that happens, try the same photo once more, or the plain mozzarella stick and the daylight option, which keep the hand simplest. The preview shows the hand before you spend a credit.

  • The cheese stretches longer or shorter from run to run.
  • The nails are slightly longer or shorter than you imagined.

  • A second hand or arm from the other side.
  • A face or a body that belongs to the feeder.
  • The snack arrives with a wrapper, a logo or writing.
