Dog Bartender AI not working? Fixes for common problems and a free redo
Updated:
Short answer
Failures are refunded, second tries are not. If the Dog Bartender render errors out, you get the credit back. If it finishes and you just want different drinks, a new run costs 1 credit with the same photo. Try a 5-second bonus preview first.

You get the credit back when
- the render ends in an error;
- the photo is turned away by the safety check;
- an unopened pack is returned within 7 days (refund policy).
You pay again when
- the clip is finished but the sparkler or the glasses look different from your picture;
- you pick another bar, outfit or last drink and run it again.
Use the previews first
The $8.99 pack brings 1, the $16.99 pack 3 and the $25.99 pack 5. If the bartender drifts from your pet, a sharper front-facing photo is the cure (photo guide). Previews are watch-only and lower resolution.
For an unused pack, ask for the refund at support@mimiczip.com.
What if the hands or the glasses in my Dog Bartender AI video look wrong?
Behind the bar there should be only two hands in dark sleeves, and the glasses should stay on your pet. AI sometimes adds a head or drops the glasses; if so, rerun with the wooden bar and the white bib, which are the easiest to draw. A bonus preview shows the first drink before you spend a credit.

Normal variations
- The pour in drink one is a little faster or slower.
- The garnish on drink two changes from berries to a lime wheel.
- The sparkler is taller or shorter on the last glass.
Misses
- A human face or a second person behind the pet.
- The glasses vanish or end up on the counter.
- A price tag or letters appear on a glass or a bottle.
What to try
Pick the plainest presets first: the wooden bar and the white bib. A photo with clear eyes keeps the glasses sitting where they belong (photo guide). If the full video is a miss, a new run costs 1 credit; see free redo for what is refunded.
Questions people ask
Is a failed run charged?
No. The credit is returned.
How do I avoid a wasted credit?
Preview first, then spend a credit on the full 12 seconds.
Is a refund possible for a clip I dislike?
Only for an unused pack within 7 days.
Can I ask for no hands at all?
No. The hands make the drinks; they are part of the idea.
Do the presets for the last drink change the hands?
No. They only change what is on the third glass.
What if letters show up on the bottles?
That is a miss. Try another run, since the template asks for unlabelled bottles.
