Street Light Slide AI not working? Fixes for common problems and a free redo
Updated:
Short answer
A failed Street Light Slide run is refunded automatically, but a finished clip is not redone for free, even if you appear in the frame too early. Every pack includes bonus previews, so check the entrance in one before you spend the credit on the full clip.

Refunded, and not refunded
- Refunded automatically: a run that ends with an error and no video.
- Not refunded: a finished clip where you are in the frame from the start, or a second person is added. That is a normal AI miss and not a failed render.
- A new run: another photo, place or outfit costs 1 credit.
- Unused packs: refundable within 7 days, see the refund policy.
What to look for in the preview
The clip should open with a tiny far-away figure, then an empty beat, and you slide in after about 1.5 seconds. If the preview shows you from the start, use a photo with only one person in it, plain clothes without big prints, and the default lamp-lit path, which is the tested place (entrance guide). You slide in fast with hair flying before a close-up, so the face needs a sharp, front-facing photo (face guide). A preview is the same 5-second scene at 480p; your pack has 1 (the $8.99 pack), 3 ($16.99) or 5 ($25.99).

Street Light Slide AI video: why did the face change, and how do I fix it?
The face drifts when the photo is small, dark, filtered or turned away, and in this clip you slide in fast with your hair flying before the camera settles on a close-up, so the model has to hold your face while it moves. Use a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo, run a 5-second bonus preview, and only then make the full video.

Quick fixes
- Crop so the face is large and sharp.
- Use daylight, no sunglasses and no beauty filter.
- Pick a photo where you look at the camera.
- Use one adult per photo.
Why it happens
The person moves fast for half a second, then ends in a close-up. A clearer photo gives the model more to hold on to through all of it.
Street Light Slide AI video: the person is in the frame too early, what can I do?
The video should start with a tiny far-away figure, then an empty beat, and you should only slide in after about 1.5 seconds. Sometimes the model puts you in the frame from the start or adds a second person. That is a normal AI miss, not a failed render. Check a 5-second bonus preview first and keep the default place and outfit, which are the tested options.

What helps
- A sharp photo of one adult, with only that person in it.
- Plain clothes without big prints or logos.
- The default lamp-lit path and your own clothes, which are the tested options.
What to expect
Every render is a new AI run, so the entrance changes a little. The beats always come in the same order.
Street Light Slide AI video: the slide-in misses the beat, how do I fix it?
Our video is not timed to a particular sound, and the effect is only 5 seconds, so the beat will not land on the slide-in by itself. Use the full video, not the preview, then drag your sound left or right in the editor until the beat meets the moment you slide in, which is at about 1.5 seconds. Each run is generated fresh, so that moment can shift a few frames.

Fix it in the editor
- Use the full video, not the preview.
- Drag your sound until its beat meets the slide-in at about 1.5 seconds.
- Mute or lower the video’s own audio.
Why it drifts
The video follows the viral effect, but the model still invents the motion, so the slide-in can land a few frames early or late. Our video is not timed to a particular post.
Questions people ask
Is a failed video charged?
No. The credit is reserved when the run starts and returned if it fails. Failed runs return their credit automatically.
How do I avoid paying twice for a bad result?
Run a bonus preview first and fix the photo: one adult only, sharp, chest-up, plain clothes. Only then spend the credit on the full clip.
Can I get my money back instead?
Only for packs you have not used, within 7 days of buying. Credits that already produced a video stay spent.
Will the same photo give the same result?
Not exactly. Every run differs a little, even with the same photo.
Is this a failed video?
No. A render that finished is not a failure, so its credit is not returned.
Will a different place help?
Sometimes. The other places have not been run on their own yet, so try the preview first.
Can you redo it for free?
No. A video that rendered correctly is not redone for free. See free redo.
Does the silent download help?
Yes. It leaves only the sound you add.
