How do I make a Parrot Dance AI video?
Updated:
Short answer
Upload one clear photo of one pet, pick the place, the backup flock and the outfit, and MimicZip builds the barn dance. Check a 5-second bonus preview, then spend 1 credit on the 10-second 720p video and add your sound in TikTok. No prompt to write.
Putting your pet in the lead
- Open the template page. There is one box. Use a sharp photo of one pet facing the camera, whole body if you can. People, toys, drawings and anyone under 18 are not accepted. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
- Choose the place (a barn stage by default), the backup flock (green parrots by default), the lead outfit (a white diaper by default) and the lights (warm golden by default). None changes the price.
- Pick 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube and desktop screens.
- Consent and sign-in. Tick the photo-consent box and log in with Google. Previews arrive inside a pack, so take one if you have no credits.
- Check the preview. It is watch-only, 5 seconds at 480p, with a PREVIEW badge. Look for your pet keeping its own colours and for the flock staying behind it.
- Render: 1 credit gives the 10-second 720p MP4 with no watermark, saved in My videos. Add your sound in TikTok.
One lead, one flock, one turn
A fixed camera at the height of the stage: your pet stands in the middle facing the lens (0 to 1 second), drops into a wide squat and swings its hips with the wings or front paws out (1 to 3), flaps up over its head (3 to 5), sweeps round to show its back and tail (5 to 7) and dances with its back to the camera among the flock (7 to 10).
The hardest part for the AI is keeping one pet’s markings while dozens of backup dancers move behind it, so a small drift in the flock is normal, not a failed render. Nothing is acted out with human hands.
Where it comes from

Questions people ask
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. The scene, the fixed camera and the order of the beats are set. You provide the photo and choose the options and the format.
Can I close the page while it renders?
Yes. Rendering carries on at our end, and the finished video is saved under your account in My videos.
Which format should I pick?
Choose 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube and desktop. A bonus preview works in either shape.
