Refunded without asking

  • Errors during rendering.
  • A photo the safety check refuses.
  • An untouched pack returned within 7 days (refund policy).

Not refunded

  • A finished clip with a bigger or smaller wolf pack than you imagined.
  • A new attempt with a different forest, cloak colour or pack.

What if the wolves in my Red Riding Hood AI video look aggressive or odd?

The wolves should walk calmly beside you and never growl or touch anyone. AI sometimes lets one lunge, merge with another or look like a dog; if that happens, try the same photo once more, or the pack of two huge wolves, which is the simplest to draw. The preview shows the wolves before you spend a credit.

What is normal

  • The number of wolves changes a little from run to run.
  • A wolf or two drifts out of focus behind you.
  • Some wolves look more like big dogs at a distance.

What is not

  • A wolf that growls, bares its teeth or goes for the person.
  • Wolves that merge into one animal.
  • A second person in the picture.

What to try

The presets set the pack, and none of them is smaller than the real thing; the two-wolf pack is the calmest.

Does the cloak colour change the wolves?

No. It only changes the cloak.

Is there blood in the videos?

No. The scene is written with no blood, no fighting and no injury.
