What is the Catel Dance trend?

Where it came from

The post we follow is @elenabuzaru’s video of 15 April 2026, with about 349,500 views. Other posts on the same song include @editsalbo0’s of 9 January 2026 and @erovia.md’s of 15 March 2026.

What happens in the clip

• 0–2s: You face the camera and bob to the beat with a playful grin, your arms loose.
• 2–4s: You swing both sleeves out to the sides and back in time, shaking them with a bounce.
• 4–6s: You turn around once, sleeves flying, and come back to face the camera.
• 6–8s: You finish with both hands on your hips and a cheeky look into the lens, and hold it.

Why people try it

It looks like a quick clip filmed at home: a fixed phone, a bright room and a cheerful dance. The room and the sleeves are drawn by the AI around your photo.
