How to make a Dog Dance Crew video with AI
Updated:
Short answer
Upload one photo of your pet, pick a stage and a dressing choice, and run a 5-second bonus preview. If the pet looks right, spend 1 credit on the 15-second 720p video, download it and add the trending sound in TikTok from 0 seconds.

Picking the photo and the stage
- One pet, nose to paws if you can. Dogs, cats and other pets work; people do not, and neither do photos with several animals, because the row of four is drawn fresh and extra animals give the model extra shapes to copy. Choose a front-facing photo with the head, ears and eyes clearly visible, in daylight or a bright room with no filters, as JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB.
- Stage: black mirror floor (the default and the cleanest background), neon, living room, lawn, white studio or red-curtain stage. Dressing for the lead: none, a bow tie, sunglasses, a red collar, a blue bandana or a gold chain. Colour tone: natural, warm, cool, pastel, vivid or retro film. The price is the same for every choice.
- Format: 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube and desktop.
- Consent, login, pack. Tick the photo-consent box and sign in with Google. Previews arrive inside a pack, so take one if you have no credits; the page works in a phone browser, so there is nothing to install.
- Check the preview. It is watch-only, 5 seconds at 480p, with a PREVIEW badge. If the head barely moves, the photo is probably a side view or the face is covered, and a front-facing shot fixes it.
- Render: 1 credit gives the 15-second 720p MP4 with no watermark. It usually takes a few minutes, and you can close the tab and find it in My videos.
What the stage already does
Your pet takes the lead spot in a row of four on a locked-off stage, shot like a phone propped up at floor level. Next to it stand a Dalmatian on the far left and an English Bulldog and a Siberian Husky on the right, and those three are fixed because the row of four is the joke. All four bow together at the start (0 to 1 second), nod in time, shake their heads from side to side (1 to 5), tilt left and right with quick whips (5 to 8), shake steadily (8 to 11) and finish facing the camera with mouths open in a happy pant (11 to 15).
Cats and small pets move softer by design. Nothing needs editing: you only add the sound.
Lining up the sound
Download the silent version, open TikTok, tap Add sound and choose the sound used on the clip we follow, the @world.winnie post. Start it at 0 seconds; the bow and the head shakes already sit on the right beats. The original runs about 18 seconds and ours covers its first 15.
MimicZip is independent and has no tie to the people who posted the trend, TikTok or CapCut.
Questions people ask
Do I need to edit anything?
No. The video comes out finished and timed; the only thing you add is the sound.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. You can close the tab and find the video in My videos under your account.
Can I make it on my phone?
Yes. It runs in a browser, so there is no app to install. Upload a photo from your phone, check a bonus preview, then download the video and post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
