What is the Dog Dance Crew trend?
Updated:
Short answer
It is an AI video trend from late October 2026. Four dogs stand in a row on a black stage with a mirror floor, bow together, nod and whip their heads in sync, then grin at the camera, under the caption âWhen your dog assembles his crewâ.
Where it started
On 25 October 2026 @world.winnie posted an AI-made clip of a Dalmatian, a golden retriever, an English Bulldog and a Siberian Husky doing the routine; it reached about 1.2 million views. An earlier cousin, @chanel_ed1tâs âDancing Puppy Crewâ with five puppies in a living room, was posted on 7 October 2026 and edited in CapCut.
The sound
Posters usually add BeyoncĂ©âs âSingle Ladiesâ as the sound. MimicZip is an independent template tool: your video is made from your own photo and is not made, endorsed or licensed by BeyoncĂ©, her label or the people who posted the clips, and it does not include the song.
Why people copy it
Four serious dogs shaking their heads in perfect time is funny on its own, and âmy dog is the lead dancerâ is easy to relate to. You only need one photo.
