What does the Pet Seal Filter mean as a trend? Other names

Updated:

Short answer

The name describes the effect: a filter that turns a pet into a seal. The joke is how well a dog or cat fits the round, calm seal look. People search it as Seal Filter, Dog Seal Filter, Cat Seal Filter or Trying the Seal Filter.

Example frame: a black-and-white border collie sitting on a beige carpet, half changed into a plump grey seal, with a thin bright white line of light running down the middle of the picture
